Hands Credits are one account-wide balance for supported paid services used through your Hands. Credits are separate from your subscription (which determines, for example, how many Hands you can have), trial days and Invite & earn rewards.
Find your balance
- Sign in to the Hands Console.
- Select Profile at the bottom of the sidebar, then Account → Credits. On a phone, use the round profile button beside the notification bell at the top; the account tabs can scroll horizontally.
- Alternatively, choose Credit wallet from the profile menu. Review Available, Reserved, and Credits to reconcile if shown.
- Select Refresh credits to retrieve the latest account balance.
Available is what you can spend now. Reserved means credits are being held for an action; a reservation is not yet a final charge. When an action finishes, credits may be charged or the reservation released. Credits to reconcile indicates a wallet or payment review; do not assume another purchase is possible until it clears.
Check where credits went
- Expand Credit history under Account → Credits.
- Read the service, date and transaction type, such as Credits added, Reserved for an action, Credits used or Reservation released.
- Choose Load more to see older entries. History is loaded when opened, in pages of up to 50 transactions.
- Refresh credits also reloads history if it is expanded.
A history entry labelled Refund or Payment adjustment refers to the credit ledger; it is not a promise that a Stripe purchase will be refunded.
Buy more credits, if available
When credit purchases are enabled, the panel shows the offered packs. Buying requires a paid Hands plan, a configured credit store and a wallet that is not awaiting review. Choose a pack and complete the secure Stripe Checkout. Dutch VAT-inclusive prices in the panel are examples; applicable tax depends on the billing address.
After returning, you may see Waiting for payment confirmation…. Credits appear only after payment processing is confirmed. If confirmation is still pending, refresh the balance and history later. Returning to the Console alone does not prove that credits were added. When purchases are disabled, you can generally still inspect an existing balance and its history.
Common questions and recovery
Are credits tied to a single Hand? No. The balance is shared at account level for supported paid services.
Why is my spendable balance lower than expected? Check outstanding reservations and credit history. Wallet reconciliation can also temporarily prevent new purchases.
My payment or history does not appear. Use Refresh credits, reopen Credit history and check the status message. Do not repeatedly start another checkout while one is open. If the review status persists, use the support page.
