Call history lets you find saved conversations with your Hand. You can reread them, keep a copy and — when the option is available — resume an earlier discussion.
Find a conversation
- In the Hands Console, open Chat → Chat.
- Select the clock icon (Call history) in the toolbar. History appears as a view within Chat.
- Use Search call transcripts to find words from a conversation. Sort by Newest first, Oldest first or Most relevant.
- Select a conversation row to read its saved transcript. Choose Back to call history to return to the list.
- If the entry is not visible, use Load more calls or Refresh call history where available.
Saved conversations may include previous messages, shared links and recorded actions. Files your Hand delivered can sometimes be opened in Files. Attachments you supplied temporarily during a call may appear by name only.
Resume an earlier conversation
- Find the conversation in history.
- Select the phone icon, labelled Resume conversation or, for an older record, Continue from transcript.
- On a standard Hand, this starts a new voice call with context from the earlier conversation. Allow microphone access again if requested.
- Tell your Hand what you want to pick up.
On a Hand enabled for text-only chat, resuming may reopen the text conversation without starting a call. The phone icon may be disabled if a call is already running or the saved entry is still active.
Resuming is not restoring the original call. You begin a new session using available earlier context, so verify important details and results before relying on them.
Download a transcript
In the list or an opened conversation, select Download transcript (the download icon). Your browser saves a Markdown (.md) copy of the available transcript. This does not automatically download files that were discussed or produced.
If a conversation is missing
- Search for a shorter phrase, choose Newest first, and load additional entries.
- If recent or older conversations are reported unavailable, try Refresh call history or Load more calls.
- History may be unavailable while a call is active; end the call first if you need to browse history.
- Not every conversation is necessarily stored or available forever. Do not rely on indefinite retention or a complete list of all sessions.
- There is currently no delete-conversation control in the history view.
Download important transcripts for your own records. For delivered files, see Find and download artifacts.
