Your own computer. Always at hand.
Your Hand has a full desktop on its own computer. Start it with one click in your browser, on your laptop or your phone. You choose how it looks, and you work in the same folder as your Hand.

How you start your Hand’s computer: in the console a small computer takes a Hands floppy, the screen turns on and opens the desktop. Each time in a different layout.

Choose how your screen looks. Familiar from the first click.
Used to Windows or a Mac? Pick the layout you know, or Touch with large buttons for your phone. Your choice is remembered on each device.
Together with your Hand
You and your Hand. At the same desk.
The desktop works in the same folder as your Hand, your terminal and Files. Let your Hand draft something, open it on your desktop and polish it yourself. What you save is ready for its next task.
Example: you ask your Hand for a first draft of the November newsletter. Your Hand puts the file in your workspace. On the desktop you see the new file in Files and open it in the Text Editor to work on it yourself.

For makers and developers
Install software. On your Hand’s computer.
You don't need to configure your own laptop first. Ask your Hand to install and use the software and tools needed in its own workspace. Open the desktop to follow along or work in the same files through the terminal.

Installation happens in your Hand’s isolated environment, not on your own laptop.

On your phone too
Your computer. In the palm of your hand.
On your phone your computer starts in Touch by default: large buttons and a navigation bar at the bottom, the way you’re used to. One tap puts it in full screen.
