Track tasks and results

See what your Hand is doing, inspect recorded outcomes and recognize work whose completion is still uncertain.

Use Chat → Tasks to see assignments your Hand is working on or has finished, together with recorded actions. This helps you check what actually happened — not just what your Hand intended to do.

Browse assignments

  1. In the Hands Console, open Chat, then Tasks.
  2. Choose All, Open or Completed. Counts reflect items in the currently loaded view.
  3. Use Search assignments and actions to find a task or action.
  4. Open the Organize sort icon to choose Newest first, Oldest first or Group by type. You can expand the categories when grouped.

An assignment can show Open, Completed, Stopped or Not fully verified. The last status means the system could not confirm every detail of closure. It is not proof of success, but does not by itself mean the task failed.

Some actions cannot be reliably linked to an assignment and may be displayed separately. This avoids incorrectly attributing an outcome to a conversation.

Check a task’s result

  1. Select an assignment to expand its details.
  2. Inspect its recorded actions and outcomes. A result may offer Open to view the created item in the external service.
  3. If you see +N tasks, expand it to view related runs.
  4. Use More information when you need additional source details. Fetch internal steps may wake your Hand and is not needed for a normal status check.

Important: a status chip or progress message does not necessarily prove an external action succeeded. Look for a recorded outcome, a linked result or confirmation in the relevant app. If completion is unclear, ask your Hand to verify it.

Refresh and wake your Hand

When you open Tasks, the Console may show an existing snapshot. Routine updates can refresh the list without waking your Hand. If the snapshot looks old or you need new evidence, select the refresh icon or Fetch now. This may wake a sleeping Hand. Choose Try again if loading fails.

This view is not an unlimited activity archive: the number of fetched assignments and availability of details are limited. When a Hand is asleep, not yet ready or temporarily unreachable, the list may be incomplete or out of date.

Approval needed?

An assignment marked Approval requested needs a decision before the particular action can proceed. Open the details and see Review approvals and actions. Not every action needs approval; that depends on its permissions.

Where are created files?

Open Chat → Artifacts for files your Hand delivered. Workspace files may also be available under Files. See Find and download artifacts.
